At The Made New Company, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand process. We work with trusted print partners and logistics carriers to ship our products to you.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days.
  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Times

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier.
  • Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:
    • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
    • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
  • Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on product weight, shipping method, and delivery location.
  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delays & Responsibility

  • We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. 
  • Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please first check with your household members and local post office.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
  • If your package is lost in transit (tracking does not show “delivered”), contact us at customerservice@madenewcompany.com.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we cannot guarantee delivery. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping costs for reshipment.
